A. The teacher will assign assignments on the mykoreaessay.com site. Once you have assigned an assignment, you can submit the assignment using the online site. You can always review the parts you got wrong in each assignment on the site. You can also collect and view the most frequently missed parts.

Q. How can I get a refund?

A. Depending on when you request cancellation, the cancellation and refund amount will vary. If you request cancellation 8 days before the start of the class, 100% of the payment will be refunded. If you request cancellation within 7 days of the start of the class, the following will be processed based on the total number of sessions and sales amount. The amount for the remaining sessions excluding the sessions that have been held and the amount minus 10% of the operating cost will be refunded based on the class sales amount. If you request cancellation after the start of each session or if the schedule has passed, the session in question will not be included in the refund amount.
